Is my money safe?
Absolutely. Unlike other operators, all payments are made to, and booking made by a TAANZ Bonded Travel Agent.
Can I extend my trip and stay in Europe after the tour?
Yes. There may be an extra cost, depending on where you wish to fly home from but we ensure that this is kept to a minimum.
Can you book extra travel before or after the tour?
We offer a full travel service and can make any other bookings you require – flights, trains, tours, cruises, rental cars, hotels – anything you need, we can arrange.
I want to book a tour but use my own Frequent Flyer points for the flights. Is this possible?
Certainly. We can provide the tour as “land only” and you can use your points for flights.
What if friends from elsewhere want to join the tour?
No problem. Through our travel partners in Australia we can give an ex-Australia cost, or again, we can do a “land-only’ price and leave the tour participants to arrange flights from their home country to join us.
Do I have to have Travel Insurance?
Yes. It is a requirement that all participants have travel insurance. We can arrange this for you, or you can use your own supplier. We will require a copy of your policy prior to departure.
I want a stopover on the way home. Is this possible?
The cost is based on travelling directly back to New Zealand. Stopovers can be arranged, at extra cost.
What standard of accommodation is used?
We use three star boutique hotels wherever possible. We want our travellers to be comfortable, but to stay in hotels which have character and local flavour. Please be aware that sometimes we are staying in 300 year-old buildings and there may not be a lift – so try to pack light!
