Not only do I operate tours from New Zealand, Tours by Tony also can look after you, your club, or just a group of like-minded travellers who want to tour New Zealand, and we have had plenty of practice. In January 2017, 24 Bentleys and Lagondas are arriving in New Zealand for a six week tour of the country.

This will be the fifth Bentley tour which I have been involved in organising and with a great team behind me, we have taken care of all the accommodation, there is plenty of included sightseeing, pre-booked and paid so there is no chance of missing out on the great sights which New Zealand has to offer.

I am travelling with the tour to ensure that there is always someone on hand to answer any questions, sort out any issues which might occur en route, and ensure that the participants have got nothing to worry about, other than enjoy six weeks of vintage motoring through some of the world’s most breath-taking scenery.

They will travel both Islands, starting in Christchurch and finishing in Auckland and along the way will be in Bluff, our most southerly point, Cape Reinga, the northernmost part of the North Island, and most points in between! Four nights in Napier for the world-famous Art Deco weekend with the tour cars being the featured marque, all of this is just part of the route we have spent the last two years finalising.

It doesn’t matter if it’s main roads or back roads which you want, basic or five star accommodation, we can do it all. I have travelled to the most obscure corners of the country, in a range of cars from veteran and vintage, through to modern sports cars and this means that a New Zealand adventure organised by us will be something unique, the tour which will give you a lifetime of great memories, from part of New Zealand which even the locals haven’t seen.

If you are wanting to tour in your own cars, we can arrange shipping for you if required, with a company well versed in the movement of unusual and valuable cars. We have contacts with New Zealand Customs to ensure that all the entry requirements for you and your cars are met, so there are no hassles with arrival or departure from New Zealand. With a network of old-car friendly garages and workshops around the country, should trouble strike when you are on the road, we can arrange for expert help no matter where you may be.

We have access to excellent rates for rental cars and motorhomes if you prefer to leave your car at home but still want a motoring holiday this can still be done. All sightseeing can be pre-booked and with our wholesale and group rates, as part of the NZ Travel Brokers group, you will get a far better deal that trying to do it yourself, or by turning up on the day.

Tours by Tony is a genuine one-stop shop. We can look after internal flights, ferries, even inbound flights to New Zealand if you want to travel as a group and have an all-inclusive price from your home country.
